BIO: Dr. Zheng Yan, Distinguished Professor at Xidian University, is an IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, and AAIA Fellow. He is a Stanford World top 2% scientiss, an Academy Fellow of the Academy of Finland, and a highly cited researcher by Elsevier in China. Her research interests are in trust management, information and network security, privacy protection, and data analysis. He has published over 380 papers in prestigious journals and conferences worldwide, including IEEE SP, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, INFOCOM, and ICSE, with over 260 as first or corresponding author. He has authored two English books used for teaching for nearly a decade. He holds 107 international and domestic patents, including 50 PCT patents (with 30 independent inventions), with over 130 patents adopted by industry, some of which have entered international standards or are widely used. His U.S. patents are tracked by over 60 Fortune Global 500 companies. He has received numerous awards, including the Nokia Distinguished Inventor Award, three EU awards, N²Women Star in Computer Networking and Communications, IEEE TCSC Award for Excellence in Scalable Computing, IEEE TEMS Distinguished Leadership Award, 17 IEEE Outstanding Leadership and Service Awards, AALTO ELEC Impact Award, IEEE ComSoc Big Data Technical Committee Best Journal Paper, IEEE TrustCom Outstanding Paper, Shaanxi Natural Science Award, and Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Supervisor by the Electronic Association. She founded the first IEEE Blockchain International Conference and serves as the Chair of the Steering Committee. He is an Executive Editor-in-Chief/Associate Editor/Editorial Board Member of over 60 journals, including ACM Computing Surveys, Information Fusion, IEEE IoT Journal, IEEE Network Magazine, and Information Sciences. He has served as a General Chair or Program Committee Chair for over 30 international conferences and has delivered nearly 30 keynote and invited speeches at international conferences and renowned enterprises.
· Prof. Pascal Lorenz, IEEE Senior Member, University of Haute Alsace, France
BIO: Pascal Lorenz (SM’00) received the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Nancy, Nancy, France, in 1990 and 1994, respectively. From 1990 and 1995, he was a Research Engineer with WorldFIP Europe and Alcatel-Alsthom. He has been a Professor with the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. He has authored or co-authored three books, three patents, and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks, and high-speed networks. He was a Technical Editor of the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board from 2000 to 2006, and the Chair of Vertical Issues in Communication Systems Technical Committee Cluster from 2008 to 2009, the Communications Systems Integration and Modeling Technical Committee from 2003 to 2009, and the Communications Software Technical Committee from 2008 to 2010. He has served as the Co-Program Chair of the IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference in 2012, the 2004 International Conference on Communications, and the 2017 International Conference on Communications, the Tutorial Chair of the 2013 Vehicular Technology Conference—Spring, and the IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference in 2010, the Track Chair of the Personal Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications in 2012, the Symposium Co-Chair at Globecom Conference from 2011 to 2007, International Conference on Communications from 2010 to 2008 and International Conference on Communications in 2014. He has served as the Co-Guest Editor for special issues of the IEEE Communications Magazine, Networks Magazine, Wireless Communications Magazine, Telecommunications Systems, and Lecture Notes in Computer Science. He is a fellow of the International Academy, Research and Industry Association and member of many international program committees. BIO: Rui Dinis (Senior Member, IEEE) received thePh.D. degree from Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon, Portugal, Technical University of Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal, in 2001 and the Habilitation degree in telecommunications from the Faculdade de Ciência e Tecnologia (FCT), Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Lisbon, Portugal, in 2010. He is an Associate Professor with FCT-UNL and a Researcher, Instituto de Telecomunicações, Aveiro, Portugal. During 2003, he was an invited Professor with Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada. He is or was the Editor with IEEE Open Journal on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications and Elsevier Physical Communication. He was part of the Organizing Committee of several major IEEE ComSoc and VTS conferences. His main research interests include signal processing techniques for wireless communications, including modulations, MIMO systems, equalization and multi-user detection, channel estimation and synchronization, and positioning techniques. BIO: Prof. Dr Zoran Bojkovic, Life Senior Member IEEE, is Full Professor of electrical engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia, and Full Member of Engineering Academy of Serbia. Also, he is a permanent visiting professor at the University of Texas at Arlington, TX, USA; EE Department, Multimedia Systems Lab. He was a visiting researcher at Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA, Information System Lab., hosted by Prof. Robert M. Gray.
His areas of expertise are: digital multimedia signal processing (audio, image, video), data compression by various techniques, wire/wireless multimedia communications and computers networks. He was and still is a visiting professor worldwide (universities and institutes in 25 countries). He has taught a number of courses, seminars, tutorials, keynote/plenary/ invited lectures and speeches at international conferences.
